The Gathering campaign is a resource for self-care during and after pregnancy. It supports Black birthing people, addressing the disparity in Chicago’s maternal morbidity and mortality rates.
Healthy Choices Healthy Futures
Healthy Choices Healthy Futures is a toolkit that provides resources and information that give support to families during reproductive years. This campaign offers answers on health and making healthy decisions.
Our Immunization campaigns (teens, children, flu, and COVID-19 vaccines) assist people in making educated decisions regarding getting vaccinated.
