Immunizations
Staying proactive in the fight against preventable disease is more important than ever, and EverThrive Illinois wants you to be informed and safeguarded. Everyone in Illinois should be empowered to take control of their health.
Increasing vaccine confidence is a top priority for EverThrive Illinois. We provide community-centered education to address the root causes of vaccine reluctance, including systemic racism within the health care system that breeds mistrust.
We know that vaccines help promote health throughout your lifespan, and they are a vital part of everyone’s well-being. You have the power to protect yourself and your family, and we’re here to help with trusted information, resources and more.
Community Immunization Education Guide Toolkit
We’ve created a simple collection of immunization resources and materials for the purpose of educating and advocating the public on full and timely vaccination.
We also provide training for agencies and providers. For more information on trainings please contact Tamela Milan – Alexander at tmilan@everthriveil.org

Once again, the annual flu season is nearly upon us. Make sure to get your flu shot and help protect yourself and those you love!

COVID-19 & Immunizations :
Resources for Parents & Providers
Together, we can prevent the spread of serious illnesses like measles, the flu, HPV, and others, while also protecting ourselves from COVID-19. If you or your family are in need of vaccines during the pandemic, it’s important to contact your provider. Many providers are taking precautions to ensure you can still safely attend your annual check-ups and immunization appointments.
