SBHA National Convention Debrief
July 26, 2017
In June, the National School-Based Health Care Convention hosted over 950 school health center (SHC) attendees in Long Beach, CA to create the largest gathering of SHC professionals ever. The convention included more than 75 workshops on school-based clinical care, population health approaches, and best business practices, and nearly 40 exhibitors that shared unique services, products, and care models for SHC professionals. During this informal call-in, several folks from Illinois that attended the National Convention shared: lessons learned, resources, most valued aspects of the convention, and ideas for what we can do better as a state to improve SHCs in Illinois. There was also time for discussion among attendees.

A webinar tailored to downstate regions will follow!
