This workshop is intended for Women and Girls of all ages, to come together to have a conversation about a really important community issue in Auburn Gresham, focusing on helping babies and our families thrive in every way! The event will include educational information, hands-on activities including "Sugar Shocker" and "Blubber Burger", and a healthy cooking demonstration. All attendees will receive a gift bag that includes groceries to recreate the healthy and yummy cooking demonstration recipe at home!
